These terms form an agreement between you and George Lagkonakis (“we”, “us”), the operator of Investo24 at https://www.investo24.com. By accessing or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Our privacy policy, cookie policy, risk disclaimer and editorial policy form part of these terms. Where the risk disclaimer says something more specific about investment content than these terms do, the risk disclaimer governs.

Investo24 is a publisher. We are not a bank, broker, investment firm, portfolio manager or financial adviser, we are not authorised or regulated by any financial supervisory authority, and we do not hold client money or execute transactions.

Nothing here is a personal recommendation. Our content is written for a general audience and cannot take account of your income, tax residence, existing holdings, time horizon or objectives — all of which change what is suitable for you. Where content concerns tax, it describes how a structure generally works; it is not advice on your own position.

No content on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and it is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be unlawful.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The site is written for investors resident in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and covers UCITS funds for that reason.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site, and any investment you make after reading it, is lawful where you live.

ETF data is sourced from fund providers and third-party data vendors. Figures may be delayed or contain errors. Always verify against the official KID/KIID and factsheet before investing.

Fees, spreads, product ranges, tax rules and regulatory status change frequently, and a page reflects our understanding at the date shown on it. We do not undertake to keep every figure current between reviews. Before acting, verify the numbers against the provider's own documentation — the KID/KIID and factsheet for a fund, the published fee schedule for a platform.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

If you find an error, please tell us at giorgoslankonakes@gmail.com. We correct mistakes openly rather than deleting them quietly. The process is in our editorial policy.

We have none. This site carries no affiliate links, no tracked outbound links, no sponsored content and no advertising. No provider pays us, and no outbound link on this site earns us a fee if you act on it.

If that changes, a monetised link will be visually distinguished from an editorial one, will carry rel="sponsored nofollow", and will be disclosed before the click. Payment would never buy ranking position, editorial approval rights, or the removal of criticism. See our editorial policy.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site, whether by automated means or otherwise, except by a search engine indexing it normally.
• Use the site or its content to train a machine learning model, or to build a competing dataset or comparison service.

All content on this site — text, ratings, methodologies, scoring models, tables, charts, design and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and database rights.

You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts in commentary or journalism provided you attribute them to Investo24 and link to the page quoted. Third-party names, fund names, index names and logos remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

Links to fund providers, regulators and other sites are provided for convenience and reference. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices, or the products and services they sell.

Any account you open, contract you sign or transaction you make with a third party is between you and that party alone. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for its outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, tax liability or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Investment decisions are yours, and the risk of them is yours.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for intent and gross negligence. Where you deal with us as a consumer, these terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

We may amend these terms as the site develops or the law changes. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
